digital natives - company culture
At dina, culture isn’t a slide deck, but more: it’s the small, everyday moments we share. From breakfast meetups and office massages to self-development time and game nights, we’re intentional about creating a space where people connect, recharge, and grow together.

How we’re improving our company culture

Company culture doesn’t happen in presentations, it happens in everyday moments. We’re building our culture deliberately, through small gestures, shared experiences, and by genuinely paying attention to one another.

Breakfast at the office? Absolutely.
Our monthly dina office day isn’t just about working together we kick things off with fresh breakfast, coffee, and good vibes. These mornings are a great way to meet face-to-face with people we don’t always work with directly. Spontaneous chats often spark great ideas or simply offer a bit of much-needed recharging.

Massage? Yep, that too.
We know that long hours at the screen wear us out. So now and then, we bring in an office massage to recharge not just mentally, but physically too.

Growth is part of the job.
Everyone gets self-development hours to spend however they like whether it’s reading an article, taking a course, or attending an inspiring meetup. We encourage people to explore new methods or dive into new topics.

We talk. A lot. And regularly.
Alongside twice-yearly performance reviews, everyone has access to weekly 1on1s, team meetings, and our “In the Loop” all-hands where we look back on the month together. We go through stats, reflect on wins, and shout out teammates who crushed it.

Sometimes, we just play board games.
Sometimes, all we need is a good old game night to see new sides of each other. These moments build trust and make it easier to collaborate in our day-to-day work.

The dina culture isn’t a policy, it’s something we live. And it’s always evolving. Because we believe that in a supportive, attentive, and inspiring environment, everyone can bring out their best and enjoy the ride while doing it.
