We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic
UX Researcher who is ready to translate business ideas,
and user research into wireframes,
prototypes, and maybe even into some well-designed UI.


  • Work with our UX/UI team on various digital products and services
  • Participate in the UX research work
  • Provide insight to create user personas, goals, and journeys
  • Craft wireframes covering the flows agreed upon, present them to clients, and discuss necessary iterations
  • Assist in harmonizing clients’ business goals with the users’ needs
  • Participate in various in-house projects, goals of which are to improve our team, workplace, and communication


Having the following skills and experience:

  • At least 2-3 years of relevant professional experience
  • Good communication skills in English, both written and spoken
  • Proficiency in qualitative (deep user interviews, contextual inquiry) and quantitative (survey, analytics) user research methods
  • Experience with online research tools for usability tests and user research repository.
  • Define research plan and scope with stakeholders
  • Set up priorities and deadlines, define methodologies
  • Conduct user research, market analysis, workshops, define user journeys, usability tests
  • Analyze and synthesize qualitative and quantitative research results, translate them to product insights
  • Communicate and present research insights in a clear and efficient way
  • Experience working in a cross-functional environment
  • Wireframing and prototyping (ideally with Figma)

  • Understanding of modern web/mobile technology stack: mobile ecosystem, basic hosting environments, backend - frontend trends (single-page apps, APIs, frameworks, etc.)
