We are looking for an experienced and passionate
UX/UI Designer who is ready to translate business ideas
and user research into wireframes,
prototypes, and even some well-designed UI.

The mission

  • Work with our UX/UI team on various digital products and services
  • Create user personas, goals, and journeys, based on the research and interviews provided by UX researchers
  • Craft wireframes covering the flows agreed upon, present them to clients, and discuss necessary iterations
  • Assist in harmonizing clients’ business goals with the users’ needs
  • Participate in various in-house projects, goals of which are to improve our team, workplace, and communication.


If you have:

  • Solid understanding of the Design Thinking methodology
  • Strong experience in UX design that you can prove with a portfolio
  • Fluent English communication (written & spoken)
  • Solid knowledge of Adobe products (at least Photoshop and Illustrator)
  • Fluency in Figma is a must
  • Already seen and tried several other UX/UI tools, such as Axure, Sketch, UXPin, InVision, Principle, ...

It’s a plus if you have:

  • Worked with startups
  • Worked with Lean/Agile methodologies
  • Prior knowledge in coding, software design
  • Interest in holding workshops for clients
  • Understanding of modern web/mobile technology stack: mobile ecosystem, basic hosting environments, backend - frontend trends (single-page apps, APIs, frameworks, etc.)
  • Done voluntary or socially responsible work of any kind
  • Your own pet project or you are participating in one
