Project Manager
who will lead our in-house
and key client projects with passion,
open mind, and precision.
Your mission
Understand the business needs and transform them into deliverable user stories/features
Manage client needs and expectations
Make sure everyone in your team is on the right track aligned with the goals
Guide your teams, remove every blocker holding up your team
Reporting - budget, resource, timing, scope
Consult product ideas with potential clients (business model, MVP/prototype scoping)
Participate in the sales process (estimations, negotiations)
Participate in various in-house projects (to improve our team, workplace, or communication)
WHAT MAKES YOU A GOOD CANDIDATE?
If you have these skills & experience:
At least 3+ years of experience in digital product development as a project manager, ideally at a product development agency
Strong understanding of modern web/mobile technology stack: mobile ecosystem, basic hosting environments, backend - frontend trends (single-page apps, APIs, frameworks, etc.)
Solid understanding of product design methodologies and processes
Fluent English (written & spoken)
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
