The mission
Understanding client requests and the business needs behind those requests
Clarifying business requirements
Documenting business requirements (use cases, flow charts, wireframes)
Understanding the technical aspects of the development and translating developer questions for the business (PM, or client)
Creating high-level technical specifications
Writing technical documentation, task descriptions, and acceptance criteria
Designing functional requirements and wire-frames
Supporting the development team, POs/PMs and Architects with release planning, functional research, and release testing
Participating in team planning meetings and ensuring availability to provide advice, clarification, and guidance during the execution of each Sprint
Reviewing completed work from the development sprints
Working closely with the designer team

What makes you a good candidate?

Being able to communicate with the clients and the developers directly
We are looking for you if you have:
2-3 years of experience in an IT Business Analyst/Technical Project Manager role
Basic understanding of scrum, web (backend and frontend), component-based frontend frameworks (React/Vue/Angular) and mobile
Openness for coding, scripting (coding experience is not a must)
Analytical thinking
Bachelor degree in a relevant field, preferably Engineering
You write and speak fluently in both English and Hungarian
